Since we sell personal products, once they are used, we cannot legally re-sell them to someone else. We would be happy to give you a refund if you are dissatisfied with the product.

You will get an email confirmation of your order confirming the date that your order will ship out.

Since we started out crafting for people with allergies, we've done our best to stay away from typical allergens such as coconut, corn, gluten, tree nuts, and harsh chemicals. A few of our products do contain tree nut derivatives. Make sure to read the list of ingredients on each product listing to check for specific ingredients you might be allergic to. Since our products are handmade in small batches, we make and ship in batches. You will be notified of when your product is expected to ship out via email once you place an order.
