Shipping Policy
We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days. In the event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know! Once we've shipped your order, it should reach you about 4-6 days if you live in the US.
We now also ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Germany & South Korea! International orders may take 12-14 days to reach you.International customers please note that customs duties, taxes and fees will be estimated and paid at checkout, so you should not have any additional funds after checkout.
If you live outside our current shipping policy borders, send us an email at contact@naturalsoapshoppe.com and we can see about opening up shipping to your region! We want to get our products to the people that need them, wherever they may be.
Returns & exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We allow you to return your items for a full refund on the price of the item(s), we just ask that you cover the return shipping. Please fill out the Refund Request form below to let us know why you are returning the items.
Once you’ve filled out the Refund Request form and the returned products are received at our office, we will issue your refund for the price of the item(s).
