SHIPPING POLICY
We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days. In the event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know! Once we've shipped your order, it should reach you about 4-6 days if you live in the US. We now also ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Finland, Brazil, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Sweden, & South Korea! International orders may take 12-14 days to reach you. Please note that international customers will be responsible for all customs/duty fees for their country.
If you live outside our current shipping policy borders, send us an email at contact@naturalsoapshoppe.com and we can see about opening up shipping to your region! We want to get our products to the people that need them, wherever they may be.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the products for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, however you will be responsible to cover the return shipping charges. We ask that you fill out the Refund Request form on our Shipping & Returns web page to let us know why you are returning the items. Once you’ve filled out the Refund Request form and the returned products are received, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

I have MCAS and i am pleasantly surprised with this calamine stick!! i used it after a reaction and it helped calm the itch. I never used calamine before so i was a little nervous, but it turned out to be a good purchase and i hope the formula stays hypoallergenic in the future! 💗 i recommended it to my friends too.
