SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days. In the event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know! Once we've shipped your order, it should reach you about  4-6 days if you live in the US. We now also ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Finland, Brazil, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Sweden, & South Korea! International orders may take 12-14 days to reach you.  Please note that international customers will be responsible for all customs/duty fees for their country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  You may return the products for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, however you will be responsible to cover the return shipping charges.  We ask that you fill out the Refund Request form on our Shipping & Returns web page to let us know why you are returning the items. Once you’ve filled out the Refund Request form and the returned products are received, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

Want soap delivered to your door? We're testing out subscriptions! We'll send you a new bar of soap every 3 weeks, so you don't have to worry about bar soap again! If you have any feedback or suggestions about how we can improve our subscriptions, fill out a contact form and let us know your thoughts!
