SHIPPING POLICY
We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days. In the event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will let you know! Once we've shipped your order, it should reach you about 4-6 days if you live in the US. We now also ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Finland, Brazil, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Sweden, & South Korea! International orders may take 12-14 days to reach you.
If you live outside our current shipping policy borders, send us an email at contact@naturalsoapshoppe.com and we can see about opening up shipping to your region! We want to get our products to the people that need them, wherever they may be.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return the products for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, however you will be responsible to cover the return shipping charges. We ask that you fill out the Refund Request form on our Shipping & Returns web page to let us know why you are returning the items. Once you’ve filled out the Refund Request form and the returned products are received, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days.

When you think of natural, hypoallergenic and organic formulas you imagine a thick and occlusive cream. This is my first time encountering an organic lightweight lotion that absorbs quickly, hydrates but doesn't seem to clog pores. I am very acne prone and i use this cream as a body and neck cream.
