We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  You may return the products for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, however you will be responsible to cover the return shipping charges.  We ask that you fill out the Refund Request form on the Shipping & Returns page to let us know why you are returning the items. Once you’ve filled out the Refund Request form and the returned products are received, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days.
